Stock Avatars:
Stock Avatars will be shipped via electronic download after payment has been
collected. You will be able to download the avatar and texture files only five
(5) times within a seven (7) day period. There will be charges incurred by the
customer if avatars, or textures are lost. After payment is made you will have
access to the zip files in your account section under "your orders".
Custom Made Avatars:
Once the custom made Avatar is approved and payment is made, the files will
be sent via email. There will be charges incurred by the customer if avatars,
or textures are lost. There are no returns of custom made Avatars after you
have approved and received your Avatars.
